INVESTIGATION Into DHS Plan to House People In Warehouses

DHS has failed to keep people safe and healthy in the facilities it already operates, so why should taxpayers spend billions more expanding detention capacity for warehouses? Congress should not send another dollar to DHS until there is real accountability for the deaths that have happened in its custody and meaningful reforms are in place to ensure it doesn't happen again.
