Rep. Takano EXPOSES How Department of Education Has IGNORED Allegations of Abuse in Schools

The Office for Civil Rights at the Department of Education has a 24,000 case backlog because the Administration is having OCR's diminished staff focus almost exclusively on investigating schools' trans-inclusive policies. As a result, students have been put in impossible situations where they have NO resolution to their allegations of abuse. This Administration has NO interest in actually investigating abuse.
